WebAug 19, 2010 · The yoke was turning smoothly when swinging the cylinder out. Took off the side plate to clean out the WD-40 (smells like WD-40) they coated it in for shipping. Replaced the side plate, and now the yoke wont turn smoothly. It feels like it's ratcheting against something. The screw isn't cross threaded or over-tightened.
