They can output some serious damage but ultimately if you want to brawl you might as well bring a cruiser, BS dependant on the fight. This is why in a smaller gang you would naturally have frigs, intys, cruisers doing a lot more of the tackling then a BC. The armor one I've been looking at has less EHP, slower speeds/align, has cap issues and less damage, but can fit a target painter and has a nice LAAR.
