WebJan 26, 2024 · The two major paradigms are the positivist paradigm commonly known as positivism and the interpretivism or constructivist paradigm commonly known as interpretivism. The scientific quantitative and the qualitative research method are used while conducting business and management research. Webas the „traditional philosophical paradigms‟ namely positivism and interpretivism have given birth to numerous other philosophical paradigms. All of them have roots in one of the traditional ways of philosophizing. This paper seeks to delve into the constructivism paradigm whose mother is the interpretivist paradigm of philosophy.
